What are Moments?
Moments are personalized, shoppable edits for occasions, trips, or ideas. Describe what you’re looking for, then refine the results through conversation.
How is a Moment different from a List?
A List organizes products you save yourself. A Moment helps find and assemble products for something you’re planning.
Where do I create or find a Moment?
Tap the heart → + → Moment. Your drafts and finished Moments live under Saves → Moments.
When does my weekly allowance reset?
Every Monday at midnight New York time. It resets at the start of the calendar week, rather than seven days after your last creation.
What counts toward my allowance?
A personal Moment counts when it first completes. Unfinished drafts and builds that fail before completing don’t count. A personal copy of another Moment counts when it completes.
Does editing a Moment use another allowance?
No. Editing or rebuilding an already completed Moment doesn’t count again.
Does deleting a Moment give my allowance back?
No. Deleting a completed Moment doesn’t restore that week’s allowance.
Do I have to stay on the screen while my Moment builds?
No. Once the build starts, you can browse elsewhere and return through Moments. You can receive a notification when it’s ready if notifications are enabled.
Can I change a finished Moment?
Yes. Open your Moment and use its conversation to explain what you’d like changed.
Is my Moment private?
A completed Moment has an unlisted, shareable link. Anyone with that link can view your Moment. Your conversation isn’t included in the shared page, and visitors can’t edit your Moment.
What is a Daily Moment?
Once launched, Daily Moments are personalized edits recommended for you. Viewing one doesn’t use your personal Moment allowance.
What happens when I choose “Make this your own”?
It creates a separate personal draft that you can customize. That Moment counts toward your weekly allowance when it completes.
