Why Isn’t My Order Showing Up in My Orders?

Why an order might not appear in My Orders and how to troubleshoot it.

Your My Orders feed pulls from three places:

  1. Orders we can directly tie to your ShopMy account — this requires you to have been logged into ShopMy when you tapped the creator's link.
  1. Receipts from your Gmail — if you’ve connected it in the app.
  1. Transactions from your bank or cards — if you’ve connected Plaid in the app.

The most common reason an order doesn’t appear is #1. If you weren’t logged into ShopMy when you clicked the link — for example, if you tapped through from Instagram or TikTok’s in-app browser, or were browsing in a different browser where you weren’t signed in — we won’t be able to automatically connect that purchase to your account.

A few things to check:

  • Were you logged into ShopMy when you clicked the link? If you tapped through from a social app’s in-app browser, you may not have been.
  • Sephora or COS orders can take 1–3 days to appear, so if it’s recent, give it a little time.
  • If you’ve connected Gmail or Plaid, the order should still show up once we process the receipt or transaction — even if the direct ShopMy attribution didn’t catch it. You can connect either one from the My Orders tab.
