Your My Orders feed pulls from three places:
- Orders we can directly tie to your ShopMy account — this requires you to have been logged into ShopMy when you tapped the creator's link.
- Receipts from your Gmail — if you’ve connected it in the app.
- Transactions from your bank or cards — if you’ve connected Plaid in the app.
The most common reason an order doesn’t appear is #1. If you weren’t logged into ShopMy when you clicked the link — for example, if you tapped through from Instagram or TikTok’s in-app browser, or were browsing in a different browser where you weren’t signed in — we won’t be able to automatically connect that purchase to your account.
A few things to check:
- Were you logged into ShopMy when you clicked the link? If you tapped through from a social app’s in-app browser, you may not have been.
- Sephora or COS orders can take 1–3 days to appear, so if it’s recent, give it a little time.
- If you’ve connected Gmail or Plaid, the order should still show up once we process the receipt or transaction — even if the direct ShopMy attribution didn’t catch it. You can connect either one from the My Orders tab.
